YES

A Film by Randi Barros

A young girl, unable to speak since losing both of her parents in a fire, is jolted out of her grief when she discovers an undocumented mother and daughter hiding in her backyard and must decide what to do. The film is a moving tale of migration and human connection, told through the eyes of two eight-year-old girls.

YES was shot over a four-day period, with principal photography taking place at a 200-acre ranch in Castaic, CA.
